The Next Empty Bowls Mount Dora is Coming Soon — Get Involved Today!
We feel so fortunate that were able to contribute to this wonderful community fundraiser once again. We love to support this important cause that helps eliminate food insecurity. Lake Cares Food Pantry has always made a great impact for those in need, and it is needed more now than ever.

We do this by bringing about a great movement of creativity, spirit and community through Empty Bowls. Come join us on Wednesday and Saturday nights (starting July 23rd) to decorate the bowls we are making for our big event this fall (date to follow).
about empty bowls
Empty Bowls is a global movement driven by artists and artisans in cities and towns worldwide. Its core mission is to raise funds for charitable organizations dedicated to addressing food-related challenges and providing nourishment to those in need within their local communities. Empty Bowls has successfully generated millions of dollars to combat hunger on a global scale.

Empty Bowls Mt.Dora!
Empty Bowls is an event dedicated to alleviating hunger in our Mount Dora community. In partnership with Yada Yada Pottery, our community created a beautiful collection of handcrafted bowls. These bowls were filled with delicious soup from local restaurants, enjoyed by our guests while listening to live music and browsing a silent auction featuring items generously donated by local artists and businesses. Everyone took home their bowls as mementos of the day.
Best of all, every penny spent on this event goes directly to support Lake Cares Food Pantry, making our time together even more meaningful.
