Event hours: 6 pm - 8:30 pm

Morning Shift (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Help us kick off the day by setting up tables, tents, and event spaces. A great option for early risers who love getting things organized!
Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM – 5:30 PM)
Join us in setting up bowls, decorations, and soup stations — helping bring the event space to life before guests arrive.
Evening Shift (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Be part of the main event! Volunteers will help serve soup, greet guests, assist with the silent auction, and pitch in for cleanup as the evening winds down.
